- Creating an account on the BSGIE website
- Paying for your membership online
- Registering for BSGIE meetings
- Subscribing to the BSGIE newsletter

- INAMI – RIZIV number

- Institution
- Email address
- Addresses
Recipients of data
Your data are intended for the BSGIE and, if applicable, its service providers who assist in the management of memberships, communications, and events.
Data retention period
Your data are retained for the following periods:
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe
- Contact form request: until your request has been processed
- Website account: current membership + 5 years
- Online membership payment: date of payment + 5 years
- Registration for BSGIE conferences/workshops: date of payment + 5 years
Your rights
Under Belgian law and the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request the correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Request the restriction of processing
